Job Responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy through research, messaging and audience identification.
• Manage campaigns and targeting.
• Create and maintain company social media pages, profiles and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar.
• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic and effectiveness utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices then acting on the information.
• Write, develop and strategist online content production and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a social media role.
• Extensive working skills of using social media platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google plus).
• Proficient experience in using various social media reporting and analytics tools.
• Advanced knowledge of how to produce engaging content and building audience.
• Expert understanding of social media metrics with the ability to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Strong working skills of using (MS Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and presentation skills.
