Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and soft selling the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
• Create and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
• Produce, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Build and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company social content.
• Continuously develop by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data and metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Cooperate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing and email marketing of e-commerce marketing industry.
• Effective working experience in social media marketing manager or as a digital media specialist.
• Proficient experience in managing SEM, SEO and social media marketing budgets and daily, weekly and monthly activities.
• Interest to learn, ambition to progress, innovative, and the willingness to go that extra mile to achieve unprecedented success.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern.
• The ability to ideate and engage existing clients and prospective clients through email marketing with excellent verbal and written.
