Social Media Manager

nZoneMedia is looking for a Social Media Manager. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and execute content strategies by translating overall brand strategy into campaigns on appropriate social media channels.
  • Develop, improve and manage content (digital images, photography, video and copy).
  • Manage a team of social media marketing coordinators.
  • Oversee proof-reading and approval of monthly client calendars, adhering to brand voice and tone.
  • Develop and maintain social media playbooks and posting calendars to ensure continuity of efforts and deploying central thematic stories.
  • Create and deploy influencer marketing strategies that expand the user base and create excitement.
  • Cooperate with paid media strategies to amplify efforts and implement boosted content buys.
  • Perform a weekly and monthly editorial calendar writing and editing.
  • Maintain and provide up-to-date analytics and reports on all accounts with continuous optimization toward key audiences and objectives.
  • Research and social auditing for various industries and segments.
  • Daily monitoring and engaging within social channels, with continuous optimization and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or any related experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar capacity with a medium to a large scale marketing organization.
  • Effective experience with all social media platforms including but not limited to (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Snapchat, Pinterest and YouTube).
  • Expert understanding of social media content creation including (blog writing, promotional campaign creation and infographics) across various channels and media types.
  • Proficient experience in utilizing social media management software such as (Hootsuite or Tweet-Reach) as well as social listening tools.
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing tactics and search marketing fundamentals.
  • Efficient experience in building and growing international brands on social media.
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing principles with the ability to integrate them into social media publishing tactics.
  • Professional verbal and written communications skills with emphasis on writing and editing.
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks at the same time to meet deadlines successfully.
