Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the daily roll out of all agricultural trust social media channels.
- Develop and improve content and strategies to drive engagement and increase interaction across assets and social media for the agricultural trust’s platforms.
- Build on an already strong and exiting network of followers on all social platforms and channels.
- Oversee the creation of content designed to create engagement and grow the community online as well as offline.
- Analyze the data of each platform to evaluate the success of each strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in media or leading online communities.
- Expert understanding of content marketing, content strategy and user experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the constantly evolving social media and media landscapes.
- Effective experience in dealing with various social media platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube).
- Proficient working experience in using social media reporting and analytics tools such as (Google Analytics and webmaster tools).
- Deep working skills in multimedia production tasks and software including CMS systems and social media.
- Solid working skills in using (MS Excel).
- Ability to work independently or as a collaborative part of a team is a must.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
- Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
