Job Responsibilities:
- Support execute a defined digital and social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Act as part of a content team to prepare, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community advocacy.
- Promote the company’s social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Manage all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Design editorial content calendars and syndication schedules.
- Develop by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Oversee new trends and developments in the social and digital fields.
- Cooperate with other departments and group functions to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate “internal” social media communications and engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, new media or public relations or related 3rd level qualification.
- Masters qualification in digital marketing is advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in an agency or a client-side digital marketing setting, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns.
- Effective experience in 2 or 3 of the following social channels such as (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or Snapchat).
- Proficient experience with understanding web analytics is strongly preferred and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Demonstrated knowledge of paid vs organic social performance.
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Familiarity with social media content management platforms (HootSuite, SproutSocial, etc.), social media monitoring platforms (Simply Measured, Lithium, etc.), and Google Analytics.
- Solid fundamental digital marketing skills across multiple channels.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills are a must.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities.
