Job Responsibilities:

• Solve the Nintex product issues, replicating problematic behavior and providing design suggestions.
• Survive key stakeholder expectations, communicating across the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions.
• Present an effective interface and link between the business, functional teams and 3rd party providers.
• Maintain knowledge of Nintex’s suite of products alongside O365 and SharePoint.
• Create effective relationships with new and existing 3rd party providers.
• Promote and contribute to wider business strategy.
• Produce timely, constructive feedback on likely impact of strategic project decisions.
• Design documentation, testing, development while meeting all associated guidelines and best practices such as (Secure Coding, QA and Unit Testing).

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in a similar support role, in a Microsoft based environment.
• Proficient knowledge of both on-premise (2013) and Office365 SharePoint environments.
• Effective experience in design and UI branding.
• Proficient experience in Nintex digital workflows and forms.
• Familiarity with NWC (Nintex Workflow Cloud) preferred.
• Expert experience with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of data exchange languages such as (JSON and  XML).
• Efficient knowledge of development operations (DevOps) practices and procedures, the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Nintex workflow cloud (NWC).
• Expert understanding of SharePoint designer, web parts and SharePoint site page design.
• Wide knowledge of design and development of custom Nintex workflow solutions, tailored to enterprise process needs.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint 2013, Nintex forms and workflow design.
• Ability to deliver presentations on workflow focused topics to technical audiences in a customer or stakeholder setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
