Job Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple clients’ online content and lead-generation strategies.
- Draft and proofread compelling content for real estate websites and blogs.
- Enhance content for search engine marketing and stay up to date on best practices.
- Suggest and implement changes to website architecture, formatting, linking, and other elements to improve organic traffic and increase lead generation.
- Supervise project teams and train on new SEO and PPC techniques.
- Lead and optimize Google and Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Liaise verbally and via email with clients and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field similar to communications, journalism, marketing, or writing; or the equivalent in skills and experience.
- Effective experience in SEO campaign creation or content management.
- Sound analytical skills and a detail-oriented personality.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, social media, and marketing.
- Proficient experience with a CMS.
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords is a bonus.
- Solid writing and proofreading skills, with experience in writing published works (digital or print).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strict deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Ability to independently manage projects.
