Job Responsibilities:

• Study products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Define SEO strategies, and work with strategy, content, design, and technology teams to implement SEO strategies and ensure sites are search engine friendly.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends directly and make changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines.
• Determine the proper keywords for SEO implementation.
• Supervise and analyze the effectiveness of SEO and paid search engine advertising strategies post-launch and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Examine web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
• Lead and provide expert advice and guidance on AdWords campaigns including keyword research, strategy and reporting.
• Recommend and support strategic decisions based on website analytics and available sales data.
• Occasionally improve, draft and create web content for different audiences and mediums, including company website, and social media pages.
• Create strong clients relationships through social media interaction.
• Promote, implement and advise on best practice customer attraction and retention strategies.
• Communicate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
• Keep up-to-date with digital technologies developments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or any related course, preferred.
• Solid Google certification is an advantage.
• Effective experience as a digital marketing strategist or digital marketing manager.
• Proficient experience in SEO techniques with other websites and experience in CRM is preferred.
• Familiarity with pay-for-performance search products such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other relevant search engine advertising tools is preferred.
• Expert knowledge in Web analytics programs (Google Analytics and Moz Pro tools) is preferred.
• Proven track record in web development technologies such as HTML and web design is desired.
• Deep knowledge of online marketing tools and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound analytical and project management skills.
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
