Job Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day search marketing activities in search engines (i.e. Google, Bing).
• Draft, implement, analyze and optimize search engine marketing campaigns.
• Supervise and report the effectiveness of search engine campaigns and KPIs, communicate recommendations and opportunities to a team.
• Control and lead the following aspects of SEO (Keyword research, Technical audit, Analytics, Reporting, Competitive and Link research).
• Provide ways in which we can effectively distribute our unique content in various channels to our audience.
• Regularly examine our existing SEO initiatives to find opportunities for improvement.
• Continually Support and optimize website content for stronger SEO ranking.
• Promote both the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to our websites as well as the conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing to find new and better ways to drive traffic to our website through search engines.
• Present the new and creative growth strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma, preferably in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of improving overall site traffic.
• Effective experience in SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, etc).
• Demonstrated experience with eCommerce is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High ability to be organized and can to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with overlapping timelines and deadlines.
• Self Motivated, self-starter, goal oriented and high enthusiasm.
