Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and execute successful SEO strategies.
• Lead the team of SEO executives and specialists.
• Control keyword research to guide content teams.
• Direct all aspects of the SEO offering, including on-site techniques, link building, content marketing, technical SEO.
• Examine data from Google Analytics and other tools to increase traffic, and improve usability, design and content on the website.
• Communicate with agencies to build and edit content which is useful for SEO.
• Head the SEO roadmap and execution.
• Improve long-term SEO strategy that enables our website to be ranked highly for all key terms that target customers search for.
• Determine and implement SEO best practice for on-page content, URL structures, page title, meta-data and anchor text.
• Obtain high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO techniques and regular monitoring of website ranking performance and managing Off-Page SEO strategy.
• Maintain all social interactions and campaigns create a reporting format for the same and keep it updated.

Job Requirements:

• Post-graduates from premier engineering institutes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
• Effective experience in driving organic traffic growth for one or more of the large internet and e-commerce companies.
• Proficient experience in on-page optimization, off-page optimization and content building.
• Deep understanding of tech details right from site architecture to webmaster tools.
• Solid problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, and strong data crunching ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate and extract the best out of his/her team members.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, take initiatives, adhere to tight timelines and be self-motivated.
• Able to keep the bigger picture in mind while effectively managing detail.
