Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate and report directly to the head of SEO.
• Improve first-class SEO campaigns for a range of marketplace sites.
• Set together website audits and recommendations in order to improve the visibility of your websites.
• Directly execute those recommendations where possible via a CMS, and dealing with developers otherwise.
• Liaise with colleagues to provide recommendations and advice regarding the SEO strategies.
• Plan and analysis work on an ad hoc basis.
• Operate performance analysis, and highlight opportunities for growth.
• Assure our backlink profiles are clean of any potentially harmful links.
• Collaborate with the content and outreach team to deliver content to build backlinks, as well as assisting them with outreach where necessary.
• Communicate with key FMG personnel and departments to deliver the strongest possible commercial and strategic offering.
• Secure that your knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date and relevant by researching, reading blogs and news sources.
• Examine the SEO industry and identify threats and opportunities.
• Support training of other staff members.

Job Requirements:

• Effective working experience in SEO, and getting results.
• Proficient understanding of Google Algorithms.
• Proven experience in Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Familiarity with using SEO tools, preferably Screaming Frog, Majestic and SEMrush.
• Demonstrated experience with hreflang and international SEO.
• Expert working knowledge with large site SEO and website migrations.
• Deep understanding of other aspects of online marketing including PPC, social media, content marketing and CRO.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Sound written communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• High ability to liaise with directly developers, as well as non-technical staff.
• Great ability to distinguish good quality backlinks, from toxic.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
