Job Responsibilities:

• Operate with senior consultants to keep us at the forefront of SEO consulting through the delivery of bespoke projects.
• Direct the account teams to deliver successful organic digital campaigns for our clients across departments.
• Cooperate with senior consultants, performance, innovation director and head of client services to strategically deliver for our clients.
• Proactively recommend opportunities and challenges, and ensure clients are getting the best possible value from us, in line with their business objectives.
• Understood fully the client’s business, including industry, organization and customer needs.
• Establish client relationships, during and outside of working hours where relevant.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on resource planning to ensure we can deliver on time as per client requirements.
• Proactively provide technical and creative solutions that will benefit our clients, as and when opportunities present themselves.
• Assistance junior members of staff on project work and process education.
• Subscribe to our marketing activity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience of hands-on SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations.
• Proven track record in HTML, CSS and/or Javascript.
• Effective experience working with clients directly and managing client accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communicator.
• Solid attention to detail with very strong spelling and grammar skills.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
