Senior Social Media Manager

Farah Experiences LLC is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create the SM strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness and ensure the adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture.
  • Control the roadmap for the SM tools in use on the company’s sites, directing SM tool integration to ensure all business strategies and requirements are met.
  • Hire and oversee the SM Team, ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery is provided at all times.
  • Direct the relationships with social monitoring and platform partners to support and develop commercial opportunities ensuring that our organization keeping pace with the latest social media trends.
  • Produce continuous training and lead an in-house social team to maintain a cohesive SM strategy across brands, while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and execution excellence.
  • Support SM integration within the company, influencing overall site and business strategies.
  • Present the benchmarks and analyze data provided by the SM Team, to inform company-wide decision-making and commercial campaign targets are met.
  • Participate in the planning of SM campaigns, ensuring customer acquisition and supporting monetization across the company’s portfolio.
  • Improve, own and continuously improve SM strategy that effectively promotes our brands across multiple channels, including new channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in marketing, social and digital communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience leading high performing teams.
  • Effective knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platforms and monitoring suite suppliers.
  • Proficient communication skills and experience in business strategy and development.
  • Imaginative thinker with the ability to problem-solve, plan and align work to ensure accountability.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to new challenges.
  • High ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
