Pacific Smoke International Inc. is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer in Ontario, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Imagine and execute (hands-on) creative work.
• Produce creative and innovative approaches as well as outstanding attention to detail and quality under challenging deadlines.
• Proactively head the end-to-end creative process and projects concurrently from the intake and review of collateral requests to execution prioritization (including the management of expectations for delivery), concept development, design, layout, production, and approvals.
• Operate directly with other members of the Marketing team.
• Liaise and work collaboratively with team members; present designs and participate in critiques.
• Oversee Jr. designers promote quality design, influence innovation and promote productivity.
• Audit countrywide tradeshows if needed.
• Act both independently and under the direction of marketing director, assist marketing director with additional tasks related to design and the marketing department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design or related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• Effective experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Expert knowledge of best practices in the digital design process, including image editing, color correction, image optimization, composition and typography.
• Proficient experience using email marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp is an asset.
• Outstanding skills in photography is an asset.
• Sound skills in videography and video editing is an asset.
• Demonstrated trade show experience is an asset.
• Strong French written and oral will be an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid attention to detail.
• Be comfortable being in an environment with electronic vaporizers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and operate in a fast-paced work environment.
