Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for an assigned project’s “look and feel” and is expected to uphold the very best in design excellence.
• Involve him/herself in the project’s subject matter and become the visual and audio experts in their own rights.
• Cooperate with the other key players should become very familiar with the call to action, tone, emotion and attitude being conveyed by the client.
• Operate with the rest of the core acquisition team to brainstorm, articulate, and present Creative-art-design functional support, as directed, to other functions of the business in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay current with developments in relevant fields, new technologies, competitive trends, and emerging research in selected fields.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as graphic design, communication science, marketing, etc.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Graphic design, or Email design professional (or similar role) for Web applications.
• Effective experience with user market research.
• Proven track record in a variety of design tools such as Adobe CS.
• Sound problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
• Great ability to produce meaningful and effective design artifacts for strong CTAs.
• Solid conceptualization ability and strong visual communication ability.
