Job Responsibilities:

• Improve strategies for user acquisition and content marketing to generate leads and grow Huobi’s customer base.
• Design, implement and drive campaigns through various media channels and platforms with a focus on social media and emerging performance marketing channels.
• Supervise and managing user acquisition campaigns, branding, content marketing and retargeting – to reach, engage, grow and acquire potential customers with a strong focus on associated KPIs.
• Execute user segmentation to improve targeting, increase the relevance of product solutions to potential customers during outreach and ultimately conversion rates and revenues.
• Organize the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with in-house teams or 3rd party vendors in a timely fashion.
• Co-operate closely with key executives and managers to align user acquisition activities with other business functions.
• Do any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in paid search, display, social ads implementation and digital content distribution.
• Effective experience in e-commerce, FinTech, Ad Agency businesses and transactional consumer businesses is an advantage.
• Proficient experience in running branding and direct response campaigns on social media platforms in Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record in running customer acquisition campaigns in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, data analyses and visualization.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Russian, Turkish or Thai will be a plus as the role will have a market focus in the Asia and East European market.
• Great ability to work in global business, within a matrix structure and experience of working with a culturally and geographically diverse team.
