Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Travelport Digital is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in Dublin, Ireland. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Head digital strategy across the H&D business units including email, social media, demand generation tools and multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns through Travelport H&D marketing automation systems.
  • Create and implement a paid media strategy for multiple markets and audiences including the management of paid social, PPC and 3rd-party, trade and affiliate channels.
  • Control the marketing automation platforms and ensure usage, strategy and learnings are shared across the H&D group.
  • Manage lead management, pipeline acceleration and user adoption process with effective processes and a human touch.
  • Command and optimize time and resources from the content, design and digital team who supply services to the H&D department.
  • Assure digital and paid budgets are optimized to deliver the best ROI across the business unit.
  • Lead the digital marketing supplier relationships that include web design, marketing automation, paid media and lead management agencies.
  • Drive existing digital marketing vendor agreements and contracts.
  • Participate in the strategy and development of memorable and impactful marketing campaigns and ensure that the content is distributed effectively via digital channels.
  • Assure that content of campaign messaging strategy and copy effectively addresses the target audience adheres to brand guidelines and SEO best practice.
  • Regularly estimate and articulate post-campaign findings to provide actionable insights on channel performance, engagement trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess emerging B2B digital marketing technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
  • Appraise and explore new digital marketing opportunities and growth strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 7 years marketing experience with proven performance in a digitally-focussed B2B marketing role that has played a significant role in driving sales pipeline.
  • Effective experience driving automation and CMS strategy and working with marketing automation platforms such as (HubSpot and Eloqua plus CMS tools).
  • Proficient experience in driving leads and pipeline through earned and owned channels and paid media including (Google and Paid Social channels).
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising is not a requirement but would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in articulating reports to a wide number of stakeholders with a focus on surfacing most appropriate KPIs.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce, webinar platforms or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
  • Wide knowledge working with content aggregation platforms such as (Outbrain and Taboola) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and excellently written ability in English.
  • Ability to leverage reporting functionality from marketing automation platforms and Google Analytics.
