Job Responsibilities:

• Examine, monitor and support IT networking infrastructure to enable FLPPS technology strategy.
• Cooperate with IT Team for coordination with the implementation of new technologies.
• Ongoing analysis of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and escalation of incidents.
• Maintain vendor relationships as first point-of-contact for external IT support.
• Examine and respond to compliance-related issues for Protected Health Information (PHI) data in accordance with FLPPS data release policy.
• Prioritize and timely response to open issues as assigned from the FLPPS ticketing system.
• Review and monitor the FLPPS platforms including infrastructure and security.
• Support of regularly scheduled maintenance activities and periodic project implementations taking place during “off-hours”.
• Plan user access for internal and external FLPPS platforms.
• Windows and Linux administrative promote to maintain a stable and operational environment.
• Produce in-house support and remote assistance to end users and contribute to information technology training for the user community.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software to support end users, as needed.
• Setup of desktop and laptop computers including the development and maintenance of computer images, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field or an equivalent level of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years administrative support experience; preferably in a non-profit or healthcare sector.
• Effective experience in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Outlook 365, MS Azure, Networking Cisco CCNA or Network+.
• Expert working knowledge of VOIP and IPBX.
• Deep working knowledge of Python coding preferred.
• Strong customer and partner focused skills: a sense of urgency, build rapport.
• Great ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously while adjusting for ever-changing priorities.
