Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for coordinating and implementing paid promotion strategies optimized for traffic and ROI in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Mobile Marketing, Email Marketing and Display Ads.
- Direct SEM campaigns based on critical KPI’s such as CTR, CPC, and specific ROI metrics.
- Head the account on ad platforms for pay per click (PPC) media such as Google AdWords, Bings Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Design, categorize and refine Adword keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to a website.
- Perform successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management using metrics and data.
- Enhance media spend, make real-time adjustments to ads, target, and bidder based on data analysis to win bids across multiple platforms on video, display, native, and mobile ads.
- Continually oversee, revise, and conduct ad and landing page tests.
- Examine and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improving the campaign strategy.
- Understood the requirement, participates in briefings, conducts research and works on calendars to meet business goals and campaign goals.
- Promote SEO efforts by helping to implement SEO best practices while tracking, optimizing and increasing desired organic traffic.
- Cooperate with the rest of marketing team to ensure marketing strategies, PPC tactics, SEO efforts and social media promotions are driving lead and conversion goals.
- Interact regularly on status, timeline, budget, performance and competitive intelligence analysis with the organization.
- Coordinate and prepare periodic search reports for internal stakeholders, including tables, graphs, summaries, and PowerPoint decks.
- Provide relevant data weekly and monthly.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry trends, competitor campaigns and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in marketing, advertising or related field.
- Minimum 6 years PPC, SEM and SEO account management or comparable digital experience preferred.
- Effective experience with search campaign management tools, including AdWords Editor.
- Proficient working knowledge of (Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Hubspot and SalesForce).
- Extensive understanding of tracking, analytics and reporting.
- Strong data analysis skills and a passion to extract insights to drive program performance.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, mobile marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an added advantage.
- Proven Google AdWords Certification is a plus, but not required.
