Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and implement T&E, marketing and promotional activities to achieve maximum exposures to promote our products and services.
• Organize a good relationship with key experts and speaker.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing manager/product manager in coordinating (promotional projects, marketing events and communications and sponsorship programs).
• Implement comprehensive marketing support as well as preparing marketing collaterals/presentation materials.
• Create and maintain all marketing communication materials database.
• Support the sales team in providing adequate products, sales tools, POP materials and promotion scheme.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties such as (marketing agencies, design production companies, advertising and PR agencies for the preparation of promotions, marketing materials and events in a timely manner).
• Develop maintain and update sales and marketing working and analysis reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in sales/marketing function.
• Effective working knowledge of using various analytics and reporting tools such as (Google Analytic, webmaster and keyword planner).
• Powerful working skills in using (MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
