Job Responsibilities:
- Intake, prioritize, and manage email requests from various parts of the company.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals for assigned workflows.
- Examine list segmentation and ensure timely list import.
- Assure timely communication with key stakeholders across the company on email program execution timeline and expectations.
- Lead the production calendar to ensure visibility to campaigns across departments.
- Secure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Improve and execute email test plans and share results across all levels of the organization.
- Manage reports and prepare analysis for key stakeholders using marketing automation, Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Enhance campaign performance through testing and segmentation.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience working within Marketo.
- Expert working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the capabilities of the content marketing platform is a big plus.
- Effective experience working with cross-functional teams and with various levels including senior management.
- Solid interpersonal, analytical, prioritization and conflict resolution skills.
- Be strategic, collaborative, adaptable and creative.
- Ability to execute lead nurturing campaigns.
- The ability to utilize and report on key metrics to improve performance.
