Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, build, maintain and troubleshoot marketing automation logic for segmentation, nurture programs, drip programs and re-engagement programs.
- Design emails and coordinate landing page and form build to assemble various nurture programs.
- Promote efforts to define and build segmentation criteria to manage contact lists for programs, including troubleshooting and maintaining flow logic.
- Report operational and nurturing processes, programs, procedures and integration with other tools.
- Operate with the team to develop and maintain nurture reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including overall performance and engagement metrics.
- Aid with global nurture and promotional email related project management between digital strategy, campaigns, fild marketing and marketing operations; including project scope, planning, scheduling and timeline.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience in B2B demand generation.
- At least 2 years of marketing automation experience.
- Deep knowledge of marketing tools like Eloqua and Marketo.
- Expert working understanding of Salesforce.com desirable.
- Effective experience in demand generation techniques and email fundamentals, including an understanding of the buying cycle, personas and lead progression.
- Solid project management capabilities and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal peers and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving project manager with the ability to explain and diagram complex solutions.
- High ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
