Marketing Automation Specialist

Kathmandu is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist in Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing automation enhancements and projects as well as creating customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention, engagement and maximizes customer lifetime value.
  • Lead and take control of the creation of new lifecycle campaigns that fully leverage marketing automation technology.
  • Contribute to lifecycle strategy development including developing targeting strategies, customer journey mapping and setting key success measures.
  • Review and optimize campaigns to ensure they are as effective as possible.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in e-mail marketing, CRM or marketing automation.
  • Effective knowledge of industry-leading email marketing software such as (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or exact target).
  • Extensive understanding of leading CRM system such as (MS Dynamics CRM).
  • Expert working knowledge of dealing with various customer targeting, segmentation and profiling tools.
  • Advanced experience in using (Google Analytics).
  • Deep working skills in using (MS Excel).
  • Solid experience in utilizing agile tools such as (JIRA & Confluence) will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
