Junior Graphic Designer

Cardno is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer in Sydne, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, design and typeset a variety of Cardno printed and digital marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, templates, exhibition and sponsorship requirements, tables/charts, graphs, internal announcements to staff, short videos).
  • Maintain APAC staff with major proposal related requirements (covers, dividers, diagrams etc.).
  • Assure marketing collateral adheres to Cardno’s rigorous brand standards in an effective and visually engaging manner.
  • Support management with presentations and internal communications.
  • Accountable for taking a brief from concept through to production, ensuring work is executed to deadline and budget, with close attention to detail.
  • Communicate with external suppliers to manage printing processes.
  • Aid with the provision of timely responses and guidance around marketing queries.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
  • Minimum 1-years experience.
  • Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and After Effects).
  • Effective experience with leading and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Solid typographic skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and time management to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • High standards, with a mature and proactive approach to work, assuming responsibility and accountability for completing tasks.
  • Ability to create effective marketing collateral from inception through to the finished product.
