Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and inspire a team of seasoned multi-functional creatives to create an uniques storytelling that serves the client’s brand purpose.
- Cooperate with the director of creative and branding to build and manage clients’ social media profile create best in class campaigns and brand experiences.
- Build and drive a strong relationship with the clients.
- Produce consultation to clients, Implement social media strategy, coordinate and ensure the effectiveness of the social media platforms.
- Collude with creative, strategy as well as the research and insights teams for long-term plans and goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest and most effective social media strategies, trending content and discover social opportunities to drive traffic, or increase engagement and brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in digital agency preferred.
- Effective experience working as a head of creative role, working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and delivering strong levels of success through design-led propositions that match corporate objectives.
- Familiarity with the current digital trends and online marketing channels.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and know when and how they can be deployed.
- Proficient experience in leading, nurturing and developing creative team member.
- Proven track record in working cross-culturally and in a global environment.
- Solid communicator, influencer and able to prioritize multiple projects and clients.
- Strong written English communication and presentation skills.
