Job Responsibilities:
- Head three major areas of product-led growth.
- Create and perform frictionless user experiences around product onboarding, expansion, and viral growth.
- Manage a cross-functional website team of engineers, designers, and developers to deliver against priorities and deadlines.
- Direct experiments (such as A/B tests) to optimize the company’s website, analyzing results, and recommending how to further optimize.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, content or customer marketing (highly preferred).
- Effective experience in marketing SaaS, cloud, DevOps, application lifecycle management (ALM), and/or developer or testing tools (highly preferred).
- Proficient working experience with B2B SaaS (highly preferred).
- Proven track record in working as a UX or website designer, web developer, or product manager (highly preferred).
- Great, authentic communications and storytelling skills.
- High ability to distill simplicity from complexity when describing technical products (highly preferred).
