Job Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize marketing automation workflows including segmented nurture, drip programs, landing pages and top-of-funnel lead generation programs.
- Create and deploy email and database marketing campaigns, manage paid advertising campaigns including PPC, display advertising, and social advertising.
- Plan, run and measure experiments by managing an experiment roadmap, setting up measurement and sharing results, iterating on and implementing test winners.
- Manage our conference, event and webinar strategy including setup, registration, promotion, and execution.
- Direct email list data, ensuring all information is accurate, including the creation and management of Smartlists and ongoing maintenance of database integrity.
- Gauge the success of our growing marketing strategy across all channels and regularly analyzing and presenting the results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital demand generation marketing.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms to manage the lead database and run lead scoring and nurture campaigns.
- Effective experience in execution and driving growth through rapid testing and experimentation.
- Solid analytical skills and highly proficient in using (MS Excel).
- High-energy, self-directed and team-oriented, passionate about solving substitute teacher shortage for schools and teachers.
- High ability to manage contributors indirectly in a dynamic environment.
