Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute plans for both long and short-term growth.
- Understood our target user, the product roadmap, and the competitive landscape to guide marketing strategy.
- Aid define realistic growth goals and budgets.
- Lead strategy and budget allocation to achieve our user acquisition and engagement goals.
- Cooperate with a head of marketing, communications, and creative team members to craft impactful and effective campaigns and requisite content.
- Oversee and report on all campaign performance (both successes and failures) on all channels.
- Ongoing campaign management and optimization.
- Draft, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Recognize opportunities to expand beyond our initial target audience.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, growthfocused roles.
- Effective experience running campaigns on a variety of channels, including SEO and SEM.
- Solid success in user acquisition for a consumer-facing platform.
- Proficient experience with Email, content, social and display.
- Familiarity with tracking pixels (both impression and click).
- Demonstrated understanding of using Google Analytics.
- Outstanding Skills in Java, SQL, CSS and HTML.
- Proven track record in consumerfacing apps.
- Expert knowledge of Adtech, Martech, or e-commerce.
- Ability to read data to identify trends and draw conclusions.
- Ability to communicate (to us commoners) the reasoning behind your direction and recommendations.
