Job Responsibilities:
- Design various designs projects across all areas of the business.
- Support the brand’s style guidelines and ensure the aesthetic for each product category is amplified.
- Devise print media campaigns for advertorials and editorials.
- Plan event invitations and campaign material.
- Draft press releases and product presentations and presentation templates.
- Design social media creative content, across all platforms.
- Email marketing artwork/EDM’s, newsletter layouts.
- Perform regular website review and design rejuvenation.
- Organize and editing packaging die lines and experience in working with barcodes.
- Improve concepts and finished art for packaging.
- Create logos for new products.
- Imagine and design all in-store marketing collateral, shelf displays, POS and floor stands.
- Execute final artwork for window displays.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience.
- Effective graphic design experience in beauty, fashion, retail or print media is essential.
- Solid demonstrated experience in packaging design.
- Strong skills across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Outstanding skills Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Expert knowledge in design, typography layouts and pre-press production.
- Deep knowledge of file and color management for print and web.
- Demonstrated understanding of HTML and CSS for EDM development.
- Proven track record in website development and management.
- Proficient experience in content management systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to forecast and forward the plan.
- Ability to plan and manage photo shoots, photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
