Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively recognize, define and prioritize high-value UX research opportunities for these products that align with our key business strategies and goals.
• Consult on the best use of information architecture, dynamic and responsive designs, online tools and other resources to deliver content that complies with accessibility requirements.
• Improve detailed research proposals and/or plans that outline the UX problem statement, research objectives, business goals, customer hypotheses, measures of success and recommended methods and deliverables.
• Liaise UX research findings and insights to a team in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that is tailored to align with organizational’ needs and focus areas.
• Suggest enhancements for existing products and sites in order to streamline processes and improve user experience including review and analysis of user metrics.
• Discuss with stakeholders on content execution and content optimization to increase engagement and lead conversion based on visitor analytics.
• Maintain the development of the department’s digital experience framework and implement appropriate controls to ensure compliance with accessibility, information and communications security.
• Examine existing site infrastructure, functionality and user-journeys using Google Analytics to improve user-retention and site processes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years integrating user research into product design and design practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of WCAG 2.0, UX/UI principles, digital product maintenance, service design principles, SEO and information management standards.
• Effective experience in producing storyboards and wireframes detailing user interactions and workflow.
• Proficient experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Marvel or WebFlow.
• Expert knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.
• Proven experience in leading user experience activities, digital content publishing using an enterprise content management system and application of user interface prototyping tools and desktop publishing software (such as Adobe suite, Sketch).
• A solid story showing skills that enables you to turn various qualitative and quantitative data sources into a compelling and easily understood set of research findings.
