Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the data scientist to create customer/member lists leveraging predictive models and/or other targeting criteria.
• Identify and optimize segmented profiles and target lists with data scientist and marketing strategist to build the most impactful campaign lists.
• Build and monitor automation rules, lists/templates and manage performance.
• Manage and improve data integration, hygiene, segmentation, list appending and list management.
• Generate and implement test strategies including A/B multi-variant testing.
• Stay current with the latest marketing automation best practices.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement ideas to improve processes, speed and data accuracy.
• Comply fully with all privacy, confidentiality, marketing permissions, data security and other requirements related to the handling, access and storage of customer data.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working in the same role.
• Advanced experience with a large scale marketing automation platform such as (Siebel Marketing, SAS MA or IBM campaign).
• Proven experience with manipulating complex data files from multiple sources.
• Extensive knowledge of (contact management, data management and inbound/outbound marketing best practices).
• Proficient experience in email marketing and drip/nurturing campaign segment building.
• Strong working skills of using (Microsoft Excel and Access).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate well with team members and internal and external clients/stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organized under conditions of multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and quality of deliverables.
