Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and execute online growth strategies and plans.
• Associate with the internal marketing team to develop and execute business driving e-commerce merchandising strategies to grow market share and revenue through an online platform.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of key site metrics (visitors, engagement, conversions, channel etc.) and provide detailed reports to senior management.
• Design, develop, and implement direct-to-consumer product sales and delivery through an online platform.
• Cooperate with account managers to integrate customer needs into e-commerce channels.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree, with a preference for business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Expert knowledge of current online marketing strategies.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiasm for building creative marketing campaigns and strategies from scratch.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
