Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system and process enhancements in support of increasing online parts revenue and improved customer experience.
• Configure and troubleshoot network systems and program enhancements.
• Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, delivery of systems training and reporting of e-commerce performance measures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, systems administration or information systems.
• At least 1 year of proven working experience in the same role.
• Demonstrated business to business (B2B) e-commerce experience.
• Extensive experience in configuration and troubleshooting the purchasing functions of (customers ERP systems, web browsers and networks).
• Deep working knowledge of (SAP, Oracle, Pronto and JDE Edwards).
• Effective understanding of software design including (XML and c XML) coding.
• Basic experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, coupled with customer relationship management.
• Proficient knowledge of using (MS Office).
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
