Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for email creation, analysis, and reporting related to a specific program email campaign.
• Evaluate and measure results of campaigns as the follow-up to the campaigns.
• Manage and improve populating email templates, executing email campaigns and monitoring activity using (Marketing Cloud).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS/CIS or business administration.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the same role.
• Proficient working knowledge of (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and email marketing campaign concepts).
• Novice understanding of with (HTML) coding.
• Deep analytical skills including understanding of data mining techniques.
• Advanced experience with analytics and reporting tools such as (Access, SAS/SPSS and Excel).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
