Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and communicate SEO as a business strategy with measurable goals.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and improve account performance aligned with client goals and initiatives.
• Aid clients to establish organic search KPIs that matter to their unique business goals and provide actionable reports to help them reach these goals.
• Lead the day-to-day campaign activity and client deliverables.
• Train clients on best practices and the overall education of SEO.
• Study beyond tactical SEO execution to deliver high-level strategic recommendations for custom-tailored, best-in-class SEO for each client.
• Head the workflow process of SEO deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of e-commerce SEO experience.
• Effective experience in the client facing experience at an agency.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Wizardry is an absolute must.
• Demonstrated understanding of how different marketing channel strategies work together, including paid search, social media, email marketing, etc.
• Proficient experience in developing, managing, executing, and measuring SEO campaigns for medium-to-large brands and e-commerce websites.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey what’s most relevant and meaningful for various audiences within the client organization including the C-Suite, marketing team, finance and IT teams, in a clear and understanding way.
• Outstanding knowledge of search engine criteria and algorithm updates (Panda, Penguin, Pigeon, RankBrain).
• Proven experience with industry standard tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, ahrefs SEMrush, screaming frog, deep crawl, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO experiments and case studies.
• Solid coding skills are a Bonus.
• Interested to share your knowledge with our internal community.
• Sound analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills.
• High ability to manage and prioritize many clients and deadlines concurrently, while also managing internal and external expectations for the workload.
• The ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles including page elements, CMS and server related issues.
