Job Responsibilities:
- Transfer business objectives into an annual e-commerce marketing strategy to achieve web traffic, lead generation, new customer acquisition and online sales goals in our core markets.
- Get and manage the online customer shopping experience, ensuring products and content are accurate, up to date and driving business results.
- Head the development, implementation, and evaluation of compelling digital campaigns to drive qualified website traffic that converts into leads and online sales.
- Direct the paid and organic digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Social, and Email) to achieve goals against a target ROI.
- Apply a data-driven approach to planning, budgeting and analyzing campaign KPI’s across each channel and geography in support of annual, quarterly and monthly business goals.
- Communicate regularly to the marketing team and executive team on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Independently prepare and manage Google Analytics for daily monitoring of website performance to monitor KPI’s and make recommendations for testing and improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business, an MBA is highly desired.
- Minimum 5 years professional work experience in an e-commerce marketing role, agency or in-house with a dynamic brand.
- Effective knowledge across core digital channels such as (SEO, SEM, display, email, social and remarketing).
- Deep understanding of utilizing marketing automation to drive business results.
- Proven experience in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China markets.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools including (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook Business).
- Expert technical skills and a practical knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JS and CSS).
- Solid data management and analytical skills, adept at setting up and e-commerce reporting and analyzing digital campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
