Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the online department with all day to day duties.
- Take control of Advertising own brand products on the website as well as other online platforms, marketing the product effectively.
- Mentor the daily positioning and promotion of products for a category of the website.
- Creative in writing and designing for the website.
- Provide business reports and figures reporting on peaks.
- Oversee the production of information and marketing materials.
- Evaluate and report on key KPIs and campaign success.
- Assist in managing online customer inquiries.
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as an e-commerce coordinator.
- Extensive experience within e-commerce and marketing is essential.
- Proficient experience of using e-mail campaign software such as (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor or any similar tools).
- Expert working knowledge of using analytics and reporting tools such as (Google Analytics and search console).
- Deep knowledge and capability of using (Microsoft Office).
- Creative troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
