Digital & Social Media Specialist
Abu Dhabi University is looking for a Digital & Social Media Specialist. if you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support ADU maintaining a strong presence within various digital mediums.
- Plans and executes crisis management procedures regarding communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizes workflows for digital communication procedures for every medium utilized.
- Develops strategies and programs for all of ADU’s digital applications.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams and external agencies to build communications plans.
- Writes the content for all of ADU’s social media channels.
- Manages internal/external digital communication projects.
- Attitudes goals to increase ADU’s social media presence on channels such as (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram).
- Advisers all digital mediums on a daily basis.
- Sends daily and weekly data analysis reports of the university’s social media activity.
- Provides feedback and advice based on social media research.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or public relations.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Effective knowledge of (Social media marketing, IT and graphics).
- Extensive experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives.
- Proficient understanding of using planning social media programs.
- Deep knowledge of dealing with social media platforms, including, but not limited to (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
- Strong command of English language, Arabic is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
