Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the efforts of the client and 9thCO team to ensure that projects are implemented according to the specifications, timeline and budget agreed upon with the client.
• Provide and review monthly SEO and SEM campaign reports for clients.
• Gather performance stats pertaining to clients’ websites and SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Perform monthly status calls with a client to discuss the performance of internet marketing campaigns and the team’s recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise clients’ SEO rankings and SEM campaign spend on a weekly basis.
• Aid in the preparation of website specifications from client to a team.
• Support in the preparation and presentation fo sales proposals.
• Track-up and create strong relationships with clients.
• Participate in updates, testing and QA on clients’ websites.

Job Requirements :

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, advertising or business.
• At least 2 years experience working in a digital environment as a project or account manager.
• Mastery of the English language.
• Effective experience in competing for web-based technologies.
• Proficiency experience working with content management systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of how SEO and SEM is leveraged to achieve business goals.
• Expert knowledge of the website design and development process.
• Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
• Extraordinary attention to detail with a customer service mindset.
• High level of maturity and confidence for interacting with sophisticated clients.
• A passion for keeping up with emerging technology.
• Able to work flexible hours when requested.
