Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain marketing and business development initiatives for (departments, individual attorneys and action teams).
- Design and maintain the of the web (content, collateral marketing materials, webinars, social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns).
- Support the firm and individuals online (directories, listings and awards).
- Serve with producing and directing (RFP, RFQ and SQQ) responses.
- Develop client-specific pitch materials including conducting preparatory sessions with attorneys prior to meeting with potential clients.
- Remain informed of trends and technologies through conferences and professional development opportunities.
- Operate on special projects as needed including client gifts.
- Conduct and plan (seminars, client events and firm entertainment events).
- Prepare and implement day-of-event logistics.
- Form and send event invitations.
- Communicate directly to Executive Director.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related fields.
- Effective knowledge of business development/marketing in the legal industry and social media platforms including (LinkedIn, Avvo, Twitter and blogs).
- Proficient technical skills with Microsoft Suite (specifically including PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Strong management skills to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
- Solid discretion and independent judgement.
- Advanced understanding of using (WordPress) to manage a website.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with attorneys and staff.
