Digital Marketing Specialist

Leverage Technologies is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Sydney, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the marketing manager to define an implementation plan to reach the yearly business growth objectives across products and geographies.
  • Accountable for the development and execution of quarterly digital marketing action plans.
  • Execute, optimize and report on our digital marketing channels including websites, SEO, social media, email and a variety of media buys.
  • Analyze results and report on performance against objectives throughout the year.
  • Cooperate with internal and external partners and lead the development and implementation of an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan – including sales teams, content writers, external agencies and providers.
  • Perform ongoing testing for landing pages, layouts, content performance, etc. to continuously improve the performance of our digital channels.
  • Operate with the marketing manager and the content manager to develop an email nurture strategy for each segment of the database.
  • Improve campaign insights through research, data and ROI analytics, and incorporate into market strategy and tactics.
  • Recognize gaps and opportunities within the content, website and SEO strategy – work alongside the marketing manager and content writer to implement tactics and strategies accordingly.
  • Determine and lead ways to improve processes, reporting, creative and grow existing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years demonstrable experience in B2B digital marketing and a relevant university degree in business, marketing or media and communications.
  • Demonstrated understanding of WordPress, technical SEO, display advertising and PPC is critical, as is sound knowledge of the digital landscape and a passion for design, data and analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of analytics and tracking channels including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO performance management tools.
  • Deep knowledge of web applications software (HTML, CSS) and content management systems highly preferred.
  • Effective graphic design experience (Adobe Suite or similar) highly preferred.
  • Proficient experience in user optimization strategies for website and landing pages.
  • Proven track record in digital analytics, data management and marketing reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through is comfortable within a fast-paced work environment and short deadlines.
  • Sound technology or SaaS business background is desirable.
  • Great ability to develop a message positioning strategy for a particular target audience and determine the strategies and tactics to deliver a compelling, conversion-driven message.
  • Ability to own and drive a marketing function with a very hands-on approach
