Digital Marketing Specialist

Maestro Health is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Chicago, United States. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the redesign and launch of our corporate website working with multiple business units, stakeholders and agencies.
  • Enhance all digital content and implement best practices across web properties.
  • Head campaigns with an agency, Google Analytics and SEO/SEM for all digital-marketing related activities including corporate social media sites, microsites and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create HTML code to send Pardot emails.
  • Direct e-mail marketing programs (Pardot), lists, imports and permissions.
  • Perform website, microsite and e-mail campaign tests.
  • Actively examine and analyze keywords for landing pages, microsites, emails, etc. to increase quality visitors and drive incremental volume.
  • Aid with lead generation and demand generation initiatives (nurture campaigns, print/digital campaigns, lead workflow, webinars, email campaigns, campaign analytics, etc.).
  • Produce a monthly analysis of program progress and results, including key milestones and metrics.
  • Analyze and evaluate industry benchmarks/market research regarding competitor’s programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Control agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective and reflects branding specifications.
  • Assure digital design is optimized for lead generation, branding, SEO, SEM web development, etc.
  • Support detailed documentation and archiving standards for all digital brand assets.
  • Recognize opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns as well as researching new blogs and channels for relevancy and trend identification.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of total marketing experience (preferably digital marketing).
  • Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics and Google AdWords/all SEM.
  • Familiarity with various social media campaign management and analytics (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Effective experience in successfully managing a budget and various digital marketing vendors and agencies.
  • Outstanding use of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (not a must-have but would be nice).
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Proficient experience managing and developing SEO strategy.
  • Proven track record in SEO and content management systems.
  • Strong experience managing a budget.
  • Excellent writer and detailed proofreader.
  • Sound time management skills.
  • Ability to propose and develop ideas and plans proactively.
  • Ability to work independently and with a fun team.
  • Ability to bring creative solutions to existing programs and processes.
  • Ability to drive strategic creative executions.
