Digital Marketing Specialist

Abu Dhabi University is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage online marketing activity to increase relevant traffic and leads conversion, using PPC, SEO, viral, display, social media and affiliate campaigns.
  • Design and execute SEO optimization of content and keywords for all websites and social media as well as other digital marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and searchability.
  • Managing SEM ( building campaigns and optimizing), paid search, paid social, display advertising, dynamic remarketing.
  • Head the GDN ( Google Display Network) accounts ( building campaigns and optimizing).
  • Prepare and revise KPI’s based on current performance, continued maturation of the site, industry standards focus on ROI, CPA, CTR to conversion.
  • Conduct analysis of website traffic from PPC sources, identify essential data points, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to analyze a website, makes changes to improve overall performance and maximize the overall value of the websites.
  • Understood of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising strategies and best practices.
  • Lead the large data sets (reporting and analysis).
  • Produce actionable insights and recommendations to the business, campaigns planning and product optimization.
  • Present the in-depth analysis of data, multichannel attribution models to get insights and analysis helping in optimizing the campaigns and increase ROI.
  • Create campaign tracking requirements and website/app tracking.
  • Manage pre campaigns analysis and post-campaign analysis for campaign evaluation and optimization.
  • Support and monitor keyword bids account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Determine and optimize the brand’s digital marketing strategy and running the digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals to increase online brand awareness and engaging with its customers online.
  • Direct all aspects of marketing website updates/overhaul existing sites and be responsible for maintaining content on an ongoing basis.
  • Execute newsletters that are consistent with creating brand awareness and communicate updates.
  • Control end-to-end digital projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital media developments

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, IT or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, executing and managing digital campaigns, work experience in the .com business.
  • Effective experience in keyword research tools and ability to use these tools to optimize PPC campaigns (including keyword matching and negative keywords).
  • Proficient experience in Google Ad words and analytics, and experienced in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram advertising.
  • Proven track record in using digital marketing analytic tools.
  • Solid social media skills.
  • Effective analytical and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Expert knowledge of HTML language.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic Languages.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Creative and innovative skills.
  • Sound organizational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with solid proofreading and data analysis skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with reporting and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc).
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
