Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute all digital marketing, including assisting with SEO/SEM, email/drip campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Guage, optimize, iterate, re-measure and report.
• Draft, build and maintain our firm social media presence.
• Provide and collaborate on new and creative growth strategies
• Target and cultivate relationships with influencers.
• Cooperate with teams to create, optimize and test landing pages.
• Write and review copy for various marketing touchpoints – including content, emails, website copy and more.
• Organize and attend firm and community events and conferences.
• Lead and report to firm owners on the progress and success of outside marketing service providers.
• Recruit and assist in onboarding all new and required outside marketing service providers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
• Effective experience in marketing, business development or related field.
• Proficient experience leading social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Demonstrated understanding of optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Expert knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong skills in communications and marketing, and professional services industry experience is an asset.
• Sound skill level with all tools including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign (PC).
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
• Solid communications, writing and editing skills.
• Highly collaborative.
• Action-oriented, High-energy, self-directed and team-oriented.
