Digital Marketing Manager

ModelCo Pty Ltd is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Sydney, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with the latest digital trends and technology to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Operate appropriate competitive analyses, benchmarking and research to drive solid ROI analysis and recommendations.
  • Determine KPIs for omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across and ensure quarterly goals are met.
  • Lead digital marketing P&L, including revenue and margin forecasting and expense budgeting.
  • Improve, implement and maintain standard reports to provide in-depth pre and post-campaign analysis and insights.
  • Run sales, profit and consumer experience metrics of www.modelcocostmetics.com driving execution of strategies, promotions, tactics and campaigns.
  • Head execution of all web analytics including content, site, traffic and marketing campaign analysis.
  • Direct the growth of omnichannel strategies and execute plans ensuring appropriate infrastructure and consumer experience strategies are in place.
  • Manage the seasonal content and merchandising calendars to ensure freshness, relevancy, consistency and appropriate balance of brand story-telling and commerce.
  • Recognize opportunities to drive customer engagement, profitability and growth.
  • Run performance across a variety of digital marketing campaigns including transactional, acquisition, onboarding, content promotion and reacquisition campaigns, constantly refining communication across the consumer lifecycles.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies to fulfill revenue and profit plans, changing consumer expectations and market conditions.
  • Maintain and enhance the customer journey of both brands across all touchpoints and help define content needs.
  • Operate in close partnership with social media and content strategist and e-commerce marketing and sales team to improve the quality of landing pages and conversion rate optimization, including briefing in agencies to help build content and run tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Serve with social media and content strategist to create an innovative display and social ads and collaborate with the wider marketing team and retail team to ensure that online programs are aligned with retailer activity (omnichannel strategy).
  • Design and strategizing new digital content including influencer content and how this lives across all business channels.
  • Assure all programme elements move forward on a timely basis with publishers, internal designers and media agencies (including briefs, asset deliveries, legal/claims approval, artwork proofing, QA testing).
  • Meet with media agencies to determine and define a digital activity, schedule to support launches and ongoing initiatives.

  • Ability to build respectful and productive relationships with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Ability to maintain composure, focus under pressure and set a positive example by adapting to change.
  • Ability to use a variety of web development and graphic design tools (HTML, Adobe suite, Google Analytics, content management systems).
