Digital Marketing Manager

Tricon American Homes is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Santa Ana, California. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Aid Vice President to manage prospect resident website and advertising strategies across the company to support customer acquisition strategies.
  • Lead the websites and portal design, development, content creation and maintenance.
  • Head a Skillsource offshore team (3) daily on marketing administrative functions related to website content.
  • Manage Creative Slice on website design and development projects and technology integrations.
  • Run the Google AdWords/Analytics accounts and outside agencies contracting to assist with advertising.
  • Drive paid syndication relationships with Zillow Group, Rentlinx and Weblisters/Craigslist to ensure accurate advertisement of TAH homes and lead delivery.
  • Execute new marketing tools, applications, software including vendor evaluation and selection.
  • Accountable for vendor evaluation and selection recommendations.
  • Control PlanOmatic and InsideMaps vendors to conduct photography shoots and deliver assets into website CMS.
  • Create and manage TAH Resident Portal.
  • Perform quarterly digital marketing competitor reviews.
  • Manage branding projects (e.g. vehicle wraps, marketing collateral).
  • Plan and publish all marketing metrics reports.
  • Support head of marketing with all invoices, estimates and budgeting for the department.
  • Devise, launch and manage SMS marketing programs.
  • Draft PowerPoint Presentations for TAH division.
  • Assist the other digital marketing manager with reputation management and social media posts.
  • Maintain the marketing team with ad hoc requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 7 years previous marketing or related experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, website content management systems (CMS) email service providers (ESP) and CRM systems.
  • Effective experienced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) applications.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic marketing principle.
  • Expert knowledge of the latest technologies and how to apply them in marketing.
  • Highly organized with impeccable project management skills.
  • Sound attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and technical marketing background highly desirable.
  • Able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
