Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop digital strategies for our key markets.
• Develop our on-going digital campaigns and efficiency.
• Search and refine new digital initiatives, with a strong focus on ROI.
• Leverage on various data sources for reporting and reviewing optimization strategies.
• Oversee and mentor a junior digital team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience across various paid channels.
• Expert knowledge and competence in Facebook ads and Google SEM preferred.
• Effective experience in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a must.
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing channel attribution and new advertising technologies.
• Strong understanding and concept of customer purchasing journey and onsite funnel.
• Result driven and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient experience in managing a team is preferred.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
