Job Responsibilities:

• Control various marketing campaigns, including email template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our creativity.
• Lead all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Design and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Draft and implement promotional campaigns.
• Overall accountable for brand management and corporate identity.
• Design a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Support effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement, website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.) and demographics.
• Run end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including creating the experimental framework, launching the campaign, and analyzing results.
• Improve hypotheses on how email can be used to drive user behavior; experiments can be as tactical as button copy to as strategic as developing a new user onboarding campaign.
• Liaise insights into management and cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and 3 years in marketing or relevant fields.

• Minimum 2 years in Email Analytics.
• Effective experience in designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Proficient experience in building, growing and optimizing customer engagement programs in a fast-paced B2C or B2B company.
• Familiarity with email tools, CRMs, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Solid analytical and project management skills.
• Proven track record in PPC and Adwords is a plus.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
