Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the online marketing strategy and delivery of web traffic and qualified leads volume across each business in the country.
• Run revenue and profit objectives and work with regional and country teams to ensure quality and successful execution of online marketing initiatives.
• Deliver effective multi-channel online marketing campaigns within defined lead generation targets.
• Cooperate with country, region and central marketing to plan and drive effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Operate closely with the SEO team to drive SEO growth in terms of both organic traffic and inquiries.
• Utilize CRM and analytic tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and apply learnings and insights to drive better outcomes in future campaigns.
• Head budget and resource allocations effectively to deliver business priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years involves SEM and digital advertising focused on delivering high-quality online marketing solutions with positive, measurable results around growth in SEO traffic, cost-effective SEM and lead generation.
• Effective experience of leading teams in delivering online marketing goals in multiple countries.
• Proficient experience in managing SEO, SEM and social media initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Solid data analysis skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong online marketing experience in supporting international markets.
• Proven track record in Education or Travel industries.
• Extremely effective planning and organizing skills and can manage multiple competing priorities.
• Creative thinker and able to develop contemporary marketing content.
• Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills.
• Prefer candidates with rights to work in Singapore (local/PR holder).
