Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve marketing campaigns that grow awareness and build sales.
  • Recognize and test Paid and Organic media growth opportunities across segments (device, audience, platforms, etc.) through assessment, data analysis, and research.
  • Control performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into the team’s workflow.
  • Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google AdWords, FB/TW Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Lead and optimize marketing spend budget and ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Head workflows and day-to-day communication with third-party vendors and key partners to achieve ROI goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, including a demonstrated ability to use customer research as a core tool.
  • Design email campaigns that exemplify the brand message, write email content, manage all email flows and lists, and optimize performance.
  • Cooperate on go-to-market plans and successfully implement product launch programs.
  • Determine strategies to achieve learning and acquisition goals.
  • Assure strategies are clearly communicated and aligned with senior leadership, cross-functional partners and the team.
  • Produce input on the creation of marketing assets such as landing pages, website and online store pages.
  • Execute other job-related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the business-related or quantitative field (marketing, economics, mathematics, Comp Sci., etc.) or psychology with quantitative coursework.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in digital and retail fields with a proven track record of driving business success through campaign analysis.
  • Effective experience in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Email, etc.) and Ad Tech/MarTech (Ad serving tools).
  • Proficient experience in interfacing with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, CX) to drive recommendations for conversion, optimal merchandising, and prospecting programs.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred; SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics).
  • Proven track record in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Word.
